Billing and credits

How pay-as-you-go billing works, what you pay for, and where to manage it.

Billing is pay-as-you-go. There is no subscription and no monthly base fee. You add a card when you sign up, use the platform, and at the end of each billing cycle your card is charged for what you actually used.

New workspaces start with free credit. It covers building your agent, testing it, and your first calls, and it draws down against your usage before your card is charged anything. Billing lives at the workspace level, under Plan and usage in workspace settings.

Voice calls

Calls are the main thing you pay for. You are billed per minute of audio, from when the caller connects to when they hang up, rounded up to the next minute.

Most agents run on the Fast model with the standard voice, which is A$0.25 a minute. A premium ElevenLabs voice takes it to A$0.40 a minute. The Balanced and Power models cost more per minute and suit agents that need deeper reasoning. You choose the model and voice in the agent editor, and the price updates as you change them.

Building your agent

The AI features you use while building are billed by usage, not at a flat rate. That covers builder chat, running evals, and processing knowledge base sources. Each action is priced on the work it actually does, so a quick reply costs less than a long one. In practice a builder chat reply runs a few cents, and an eval scenario is usually ten to fifteen cents.

Spend cap

Set a monthly spend cap and your bill will not go past it. You can raise or lower it any time under Plan and usage.

Where to manage it

Your usage this cycle, your transaction history, and your spend cap all live under Plan and usage in workspace settings. The history breaks down what each call and action cost, down to the individual charge.
